Learn how to create an Adobe account and understand generative credits
You’ll need an Adobe Account to use firefly.adobe.com if you don’t already have one yet. You can create a free account at account.adobe.com. If you need more info, check out Adobe’s help page on setting up an account.
Watch Your Generative Credits Quota
Just a heads up, when using any Adobe AI feature, you need to be mindful of your Generative Credits limit. Your monthly credits depend on your Adobe plan, and generating an image will use at least one credit. Free accounts have pretty limited credits, so it’s a good idea to get an Adobe subscription if you want to really dive into Firefly.
You can quickly check your credit information by clicking on your profile image in the top right hand corner of the Firefly page. Your credits reset on your billing date, but I don’t have any personal experience with what happens when you run out of credits.
